Hey Bloggers! So, I read the book room a few days ago and it was so powerful. I would recommend this book to anyone. It is a book by a holocaust surviver named Elie Wiesel. It talks about his personal experience of being jewish in the holocaust and it made me cry. It was a very dark book too, it changed the way I think about things. There is a whole world bigger than us and people are being tortured everyday for things out of their control. We ALL are just trying to survive in this crazy mixed up world where sometimes there really are no morals and no rules. I never really understand how horrible life in a concentration camp was. I have been learning about the holocaust almost my whole life in various jewish programs I participate in, but you can never fully understand how it is for everyone around you to be murdered. Everyone you ever knew disappears and you never know if you will ever see them again. This book made me think and remember that things in my life now are really not that bad. Life is truly livable. See you later!
